Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a seasoned Associate, Systems Administrator to manage server and platform infrastructure. You will patch, monitor, and upgrade systems, support security hardening, and collaborate with teams to ensure reliability and performance.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, strong scripting skills, and the ability to work nights if needed. Remote-first with potential on-site elements and a focus on enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in systems administration or a similar role.
• Hands-on admin experience with AWS and Azure.
• Windows Server and Linux administration experience.
• Experience with Kiteworks platform and policy configuration.
• Knowledge of CIS Benchmarks and security hardening standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point (Tier 2/3) for server, platform, and infra issues.
• Support infrastructure workstreams on site and in projects, providing design input and risk assessment.
• Document system requirements and support deployment, cutover, and post-launch operations.
• Maintain patch and release cadence; create change records and present to CAB.
• Administer the Kiteworks platform and ensure secure policy configuration.
• Configure monitoring, alerts, and performance baselines for critical systems.
