Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a highly qualified Associate, Systems Administrator to maintain and secure our server and platform infrastructure in a remote, full-time capacity. You will handle patching, monitoring, automation, and incident response while collaborating with IT and security teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on administration of Windows and Linux systems, cloud services, and secure file transfer platforms, with opportunities for growth within our technology organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent.
• 5+ years in Systems Administration or related role.
• Experience with AWS and Azure cloud services.
• Proficient in PowerShell and Python for automation.
• Strong security hardening knowledge (CIS Benchmarks).
• Willingness to work nights and weekends on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for server, platform, and infra issues (Tier 2/3).
• Support infrastructure workstreams on-site or in project efforts.
• Document system requirements and support post-launch operations.
• Maintain patch cadence and change records for CAB reviews.
• Administer Kiteworks platform and policy configurations.
• Configure monitoring, alerts, and performance baselines.
