Job summary

SitusAMC Holdings Corp. is seeking an experienced Associate, Systems Administrator to manage and support our server and platform infrastructure remotely across the organization.

The role emphasizes hands-on administration, patching, lifecycle planning, and security hardening in a fast-paced real estate tech environment. You will collaborate with service desk, security and engineering teams, maintain automation scripts, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure uptime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Systems Administration experience in production.
• Experience with AWS and Azure compute, storage, networking, and identity.
• Experience with Kiteworks administration and policy configuration.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Python; Terraform experience.
• Strong change management and incident response skills.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for server, platform, and infra issues.
• Support infrastructure workstreams on site and project efforts.
• Document system requirements and support post-launch operations.
• Maintain patch cadence and present changes to CAB.
• Configure and maintain monitoring and performance baselines.
• Assist in disaster recovery planning and testing.
• Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Python, Terraform).
• Provide day-to-day guidance to Analyst-level staff.
