SitusAMC Holdings Corp. is seeking an Associate, Systems Administrator for remote, full-time employment. You will be responsible for server and platform infrastructure administration, patching, monitoring, automation, and on-call support.

The role requires 5+ years of systems administration experience and expertise with AWS, Azure, Kiteworks, and security hardening. The base salary range is $90,000 to $120,000 per year with potential discretionary bonus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Systems Administration or related role.
• Hands-on admin of enterprise platforms in production.
• Experience with AWS/Azure compute, storage, networking, identity.
• Experience building infrastructure solutions from defined requirements.
• Windows and Linux administration experience (CentOS, Linux 2, Alma Linux).
• Experience with Kiteworks (secure file transfer) administration.
• Knowledge of security hardening standards (CIS Benchmarks).
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Python for automation.
• Strong time management and prioritization.
• Change management with Change Advisory Board presentations.
• Experience with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery testing.
• Ability to be on-call for 24/7/365 operations.
• Physical ability to handle equipment up to 50lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as escalation point (Tier 2/3) for server and infrastructure issues.
• Support on-site and project development efforts with design input and risk assessment.
• Document system requirements and support post-launch operations.
• Maintain patch and release cadence and change records for CAB.
• Administer Kiteworks platform configurations and policies.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
• Maintain build standards, runbooks, and hardening baselines.
• Perform remote or on-site troubleshooting and upgrades.
• Guide analysts and review their work for accuracy.
• Configure monitoring, alerts, and performance baselines; plan capacity.
• Assist in incident restoration and root cause analyses.
• Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Python, Terraform).
• Maintain backup/recovery configurations and disaster recovery testing.
• Track lifecycle and EOL for platforms; assist in upgrades and renewals.
• Manage privileged access and enforce security baselines.
