Job summary

SitusAMC Holdings Corp. is seeking an Associate, Systems Administrator to manage server and platform infrastructure, patch cadence, and lifecycle planning.

You will escalate complex issues, support on-site and project work, and help automate routine tasks across Windows and Linux environments. The role requires someone with 5+ years of enterprise IT experience, Kiteworks expertise, and strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, and Terraform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of industry experience at Senior Analyst or Analyst level or external equivalent.
• Hands-on administration of enterprise platforms in production environments.
• Experience with AWS and Azure compute, storage, networking, and identity.
• Windows Server and Linux (CentOS, Linux 2, Alma Linux) administration.
• Experience with Kiteworks secure file transfer and policy configuration.
• Knowledge of CIS Benchmarks and secure computing practices.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Python; automation scripting experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
• Strong change management and incident response experience.
• Physical ability to set up equipment and occasional travel (<25%).
• Security-focused mindset with vulnerability assessment knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point (Tier 2/3) for server and infrastructure issues.
• Support infrastructure workstreams on site and during projects; provide design input and risk assessment.
• Document system requirements and support post-launch operations.
• Maintain patching cadence; prepare change records for CAB meetings.
• Administer Kiteworks platform, including policy configuration and upgrades.
• Configure monitoring, alerts, and performance baselines; plan capacity and tuning.
• Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Python, Terraform) for routine tasks.
• Restore testing, disaster recovery planning, and backup configuration.
• Guide junior admins and review their work for accuracy and standards.
• Participate in on-call rotation and keep runbooks current.
• Transport data securely and enforce security baselines with InfoSec.
