Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking an experienced Associate, Systems Administrator to join our remote team in delivering the organization's server and platform infrastructure. You will handle patching, capacity planning, and automation while guiding junior staff and coordinating with security and service desks to resolve incidents.

The role emphasizes hands-on administration across Windows and Linux, Kiteworks management, and on-call availability. The position offers full-time employment with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in systems administration or similar.
• Experience with enterprise platforms in production.
• Hands-on with AWS and Azure services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for server, platform, and infrastructure issues.
• Support on-site and project development tasks with design input and risk assessment.
• Maintain patch cadence, change records, and governance with CAB.
• Administer Kiteworks platform and security configurations.
• Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Python, Terraform).
• Support backup, disaster recovery, and incident restoration.
• Lead junior admins and review work for accuracy.
• Maintain monitoring, performance baselines, and capacity planning.
