Job summary

Intelerad seeks a System Support Analyst to act as the primary technical resource for InteleShare customers. This remote role supports hospital networks and radiology facilities, working night shifts with real-time tech support and strong customer engagement.

You will ensure software is configured correctly, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high service levels. The role requires 2+ years of Windows administration, excellent English communication, and ability to work remotely with secure

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Windows administration experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems for servers and workstations.
• Demonstrated customer service excellence with strong client-facing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive technical support via phone and portal.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across software, Windows OS, SQL Server.
• Maintain documentation in ServiceNow and support knowledge sharing.
• Configure and deploy InteleShare software for customer deployments.
• Ensure SLAs are met and escalate as needed.
• Contribute to knowledge management and knowledge base articles.
• Night shift, Monday–Friday starting around 8am AEDT (remote).
