Job summary

Radiology Partners is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide advanced helpdesk support for clinical and administrative users, ensuring high availability of radiology systems and timely resolution of hardware, software, network and radiology workflow issues.

You will triage incidents, collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, support operations during planned or unplanned downtime, and document resolutions in ServiceNow while helping to improve processes and knowledge sharing across the

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5+ years in healthcare IT involving hardware and network support.
Experience supporting voice dictation systems (PowerScribe or Fluency) and radiology workflows.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced IT support for clinical and administrative users, ensuring high availability of radiology systems.
Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, network, and clinical application issues across devices and peripherals.
Triage and manage escalated or high-priority incidents, collaborating with cross-functional IT teams as needed.
Support operations during planned and unplanned downtime, following established downtime procedures.
Document and manage incidents in ServiceNow, communicate updates and resolutions clearly, and contribute to knowledge base.
