Job summary

Smartlink LLC seeks a Switch Manager with 10+ years in telecom and network operations to lead advanced RAN and transport initiatives remotely. You will support field engineers, contractors, and vendors across multiple markets, ensuring Tier 1 infrastructure reliability.

You will drive technical ownership, enforce standards, and mentor a national team of engineers while advancing automation and process improvements. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of telecom/network operations experience.
• Experience with Tier 1 critical infrastructure networks.
• Strong ability to interpret and validate RAN configurations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical execution for RAN and transport integrations, upgrades, maintenance, and cutovers.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical and operational issues.
• Review and enforce MOPs, execution plans, and technical standards.
• Interface with OSS, ENM, CNM, WebEM, USM, NSP, and other vendor systems.
• Perform upgrades and configuration changes across RAN and transport equipment.
• Provide troubleshooting support to field and switch engineers during integrations and maintenance.
