Job summary

Effortless Office Enterprises LLC is seeking a Network Operations Manager to lead our network engineering team and serve as a top escalation and design resource for enterprise networks.

You will own the health, security, and continuous improvement of client networks and our Switch data center infrastructure, driving proactive reviews, risk mitigation, and cost‑effective recommendations to clients and service teams.

Qualifications

• Senior network engineering experience in MSP/enterprise environments.
• Ability to lead engineers, mentor staff, and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills with executives and customers.

Responsibilities

• Serves as senior network engineering authority for core routing and security.
• Owns design, standards, and lifecycle of network infrastructure at Switch data centers.
• Leads 24/7 on-call rotation and incident response coordination.
• Reviews client environments to identify risk, capacity, and performance gaps.
• Partners with service delivery teams to implement cost-effective roadmaps.
