Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Sr Manager Field Service to lead a team of engineers in remote field service operations for mission-critical communications systems.

You will drive network architecture decisions, guide design methodologies, and ensure robust integration and documentation across lifecycles. Strong leadership and advanced troubleshooting skills are essential for this strategic role.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in network architecture and design methodologies.
• Certifications such as JNCIA or NRS I preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).
• Practical experience in MPLS design and deployment.
• In-depth knowledge of LAN switching protocols and transport media.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight and strategic direction for a team of engineers.
• Collaborate with design teams to establish implementation methodologies.
• Define and design technical network architectures for mission-critical communication systems.
• Enforce documentation standards for network diagrams and technical drawings.
• Manage lifecycle integration of third-party vendor hardware.
• Supervise core operations and technology integrations.
• Conduct network topology assessments and advanced troubleshooting.
