Smartlink LLC seeks a Switch Engineer with 5+ years of relevant experience to support Field Engineers, contractors, and tower crews across multiple markets. You will work within Tier 1 networks and interface with vendor frameworks to perform upgrades and troubleshooting.
Role requires strong RAN and carrier Ethernet know‑how, OSI and TCP/IP fluency, and the ability to script/configure using internal tools. Remotely located in Pacific Time Zone, with flexible schedule.
Job Title: Switch Engineer. Reports To: Switch Manager. Department: Technical Services. FSLA Status: Exempt.
Salary: $75-90,000 (firm, dependent on experience).
Location: Remote, but must reside in Pacific Time Zone.

Switch Engineer has 5+ years of relevant experience. Supports internal FieldEngineers, general contractors, and tower crews across multiple customers and markets. Proven experience working within Tier 1 critical infrastructure provider networks is a must.
