Cross Border Talents is seeking a Swedish-speaking E-commerce Support Specialist for a remote role based in Portugal. The contract is full-time for 12 months, with several start dates through June and July.

You will support customers through order tracking, returns, and payment queries, ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, protecting data under GDPR/PCI standards, and collaborating with logistics and finance teams.

Qualifications

• C2-level Swedish and fluent English (C1).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts (07:00-24:00, Mon-Sun).
• EU member state ID or valid residence card for Portugal.

Responsabilités

• Handle inquiries related to online orders: delivery, returns, refunds, and payment issues.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Ensure data security in compliance with GDPR and PCI standards.
• Escalate complex cases and follow internal procedures.
• Collaborate with logistics and financial teams.
