Mercier Consultancy seeks a Swedish-speaking Customer Service Representative to work from home anywhere in Greece. You will assist Swedish customers via phone, email and chat, resolving inquiries and ensuring a positive experience for a global brand.

This fully remote role offers a fully paid relocation package, comprehensive training, health insurance, a monthly salary with two extra salaries per year, and ongoing performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Swedish (C1/C2 level).
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• EU passport or legal right to work in Greece.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not essential.
