Corvias Corporate Services, LLC is seeking a senior leader to drive strategy, development, and transactions for new multi-family housing projects. You will manage growth initiatives, coordinate with government partners, and optimize partnership performances across multiple projects.

The role requires deep financial acumen, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of leading cross-functional teams in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as a prerequisite; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience executing strategic initiatives.
• Experience with public-private partnerships or government contracting a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar projects and growth efforts.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategy, development, and transactions for new multi-family housing projects.
• Develop and implement growth plans; optimize assets and ensure partnership fees.
• Collaborate with the Army to meet housing needs and deliver value to partners.
• Oversee multiple complex growth targets and guide end-to-end execution.
• Negotiate contracts and manage governance documents within the partnership.
