• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or similar field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years’ progressive experience in strategic initiatives increasing profitability and growth.
• Experience with public-private partnerships and government contracting is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage timelines and deliver multimillion-dollar projects.
• Ability to analyze opportunities and translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Proven success leading multidisciplinary teams and influencing without authority.

Responsabilités

• Represent asset and development management for new multi-family development and related housing infrastructure.
• Develop strategies to maximize fees and ensure asset delivery.
• Collaborate with the Army to meet housing needs and provide financial benefits.
• Understand partnership governance and hold parties accountable.
• Identify and address performance gaps; guide end-to-end execution with operations teams.
• Oversee multiple growth targets and optimize strategic outcomes.
• Lead negotiations and form deal concepts to win awards.
• Prepare transition documents and contractual governance materials.
• Maintain comprehensive view of partnerships and strategic goals.
