Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Vice President, Portfolio Strategy Consulting to lead complex real estate and analytic projects for occupier services and corporate solutions clients. You will synthesize business and location problems, develop investment cases, and present strategic recommendations to senior leaders.

The role requires 7–10 years in real estate/consulting, an MBA/MS, strong BI skills, and travel up to 20–30%.

Qualifications

7-10 years' experience in real estate and/or management consulting
MBA or MS in Real Estate is mandatory
Expert in Microsoft Office products
Experience in business intelligence platforms (Tableau or Qlik)
Familiarity with IWMS and CAFM systems
Lean Thinking and Six-Sigma training is a plus
Exceptional oral, written and graphic presentation skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Travel up to 20%–30%

Responsibilities

Lead consulting assignments using analytical frameworks and problem-solving methodologies
Lead commercial real estate portfolio optimization and location strategy studies
Model finances and market analytics to highlight key takeaways
Present Metro-Market Strategies to C-Suite and BU leads
Utilize BI and technology platforms (Tableau, Qlik) to generate insights
Identify supply-side opportunities and build business cases
Generate revenue targets for the service line
Develop business analytics and KPIs
Create compelling consulting presentations and synthesize solutions for clients
Support business development presentations and pitches
Travel up to 20–30% as needed
