Job summary

Establishment Labs is seeking a Surgical Sales Representative to drive revenue for our breast device portfolio in a remote role, primarily serving the North Manhattan, NY area. You will conduct strategic customer meetings, understand OR selling dynamics, and grow market share for breast implants and tissue expanders through clinical consultation and education.

The role requires medical device sales experience, knowledge of plastic surgery, and the ability to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• Experience selling medical devices in a surgical setting.
• Knowledge of plastics surgery is preferred.
• Must be credentialed to work in an OR setting, assisting and observing surgeries.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales quota for all products.
• Maintain confidentiality with discretion and professionalism.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders including sales leadership, marketing, customers and colleagues.
• Plan and execute sales strategy to drive revenue for cosmetic implants and reconstructive expanders.
• Manage territory logistics including inventory, samples, VAC approvals, AR tasks, FLASH and Salesforce.
• Develop relationships with hospital approvals or contracting entities.
• Coordinate with marketing and leadership to utilize education programs and surgeon engagement.
• Understand and execute marketing strategy with executives and department heads.
• Manage territory expense budget per guidelines while engaging educational activities.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to plan national and regional trade shows.
• Stay updated on industry trends to improve sales execution.
• Develop relationships with plastic surgeons and hospital staff to aid sales.
• Educate and consult on breast device cases including technique considerations and complication management.
