Establishment Labs is seeking a Surgical Sales Representative to drive revenue for the breast device portfolio in the Buffalo, NY area. This remote role involves meeting with surgeons in hospital and office settings, planning territory strategies, and coordinating with marketing and leadership to maximize product adoption.

The ideal candidate has medical device sales experience, a background in or knowledge of plastic surgery, and the ability to operate in an OR environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical devices sales.
• Plastic surgery knowledge preferred.
• Ability to credential and work in an OR setting.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong communication and proactive attitude.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed sales quota for all products.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan and execute sales strategy to drive revenue for cosmetic implants and tissue expanders.
• Manage territory logistics and VAC approvals, AR tasks and salesforce.
• Coordinate with marketing and leadership to align resources and surgeon engagement.
• Travel as required to cover Buffalo, NY Great Lakes area.
