Establishment Labs is seeking a Surgical Sales Representative to drive revenue for the breast device portfolio in the US market. The role covers hospital and office OR environments, with case coverage and surgeon consulting.

This is a remote position, favoring candidates in the Tacoma, WA area, with extensive travel and strategic territory management. You will build relationships with hospitals, surgeons, and clinicians, plan sales strategies, and ensure education programs and resources are used

Qualifications

• Experience in medical devices sales and knowledge of plastic surgery preferred.
• Able to obtain credentialing and work in an OR setting.
• Travel extensively to cover territory and support customers.
• Strong communication and independent work style.
• Proficient with MS Office and able to manage education programs.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed sales quotas for the breast device portfolio.
• Build relationships with hospitals, surgeons, and staff.
• Plan and execute territory sales strategies and budgets.
• Coordinate with marketing and leadership on resources and education.
• Navigate VAC processes and hospital contracting where applicable.
