Establishment Labs is seeking a Surgical Sales Representative for the Cleveland, OH area in a remote capacity. You will drive revenue for the breast device portfolio by meeting with customers in hospital and operating room settings.

A strong understanding of plastic surgery and OR credentialing is important for success. You will build relationships with surgeons, office staff, and hospital teams, manage territory logistics, and coordinate with marketing to execute education programs and engage

Qualifications

Experience in medical devices sales.
Knowledge in plastic surgery preferred.
Credentialed to work in an OR environment.
Bachelor's degree required.
Willingness to travel extensively.

Responsabilités

Meet or exceed sales quota for all products.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Plan and execute sales strategy to drive revenue for cosmetic implants and reconstructive expanders.
Manage territory logistics including inventory, samples, and approvals.
Develop relationships with hospital approving or contracting entities.
Coordinate with marketing and leadership to use resources effectively.
Collaborate with executives to align marketing strategy with goals.
Plan and execute national and regional trade shows.
Stay current with industry trends to improve sales execution.
Educate surgeons and staff on product techniques and differentiation.
