Job summary

Establishment Labs is seeking a Surgical Sales Representative for a remote role serving the Memphis, TN area. The role focuses on driving revenue for the breast device portfolio, with responsibilities spanning case coverage, consulting in hospital and office OR settings, and expanding market share for breast implants and tissue expanders.

The ideal candidate has medical devices sales experience, plastic surgery knowledge, and the credentials to work in an operating room.

Qualifications

Experience in medical devices sales and knowledge of plastics is preferred.
Ability to work in an operating room environment and assist surgeries when needed.
Excellent communication and relationship-building with hospital staff and surgeons.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed sales quota for all products.
Plan and execute sales strategy to grow breast implant and tissue expander market share.
Manage territory logistics, including inventory, approvals, and AR tasks.
Develop relationships with hospital entities and key customers.
Collaborate with marketing and leadership to execute education programs and surgeon engagement.
Stay current with industry trends and technologies to improve sales execution.
