Job summary

Establishment Labs is seeking a Surgical Sales Representative to drive revenue for the breast device portfolio across hospital and office OR settings. This remote role supports candidates located in the Jacksonville, FL area, with extensive travel to engage surgeons, hospitals, and contracting entities.

You will plan and execute sales strategies, manage territory logistics, and educate clinicians on cosmetic implants and reconstructive expanders.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical devices sales, preferably in plastics or reconstructive fields.
• Ability to work in an OR environment, credentialing, and travel readiness.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication and independent-work capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales quota for all products.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan and execute sales strategy to drive revenue for cosmetic implants and reconstructive expanders.
• Manage territory logistics including inventory, approvals, and Salesforce.
• Develop relationships with hospital contracting entities and physicians.
• Coordinate with marketing and leadership on resource utilization and surgeon engagement.
• Understand and execute marketing strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage territory budget and expenses while conducting educational engagement.
• Collaborate to plan national and regional trade shows.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to improve sales execution.
• Educate and consult on breast device cases, with technique considerations and complication management.
