Establishment Labs is seeking a Surgical Sales Representative to drive revenue for our breast device portfolio. The role involves planning and executing customer meetings, understanding selling in a surgical environment, and consulting in hospital and operating room settings.

This remote position covers the Philadelphia area, with travel as needed, and requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical devices sales.
• Preferred knowledge of plastic surgery.
• Ability to credential and work in an OR setting.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed sales quota for all products.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan and execute sales strategy to drive revenue for implants and expander products.
• Manage territory logistics including inventory, samples, approvals, and AR tasks.
• Develop relationships with hospital contracting entities.
• Coordinate marketing and leadership to utilize education programs and surgeon engagement.
• Stay current with industry trends to improve sales execution.
