Job summary

Establishment Labs is seeking a Surgical Sales Representative to drive revenue for breast device portfolio in a remote role across North New Jersey. You will conduct strategic customer meetings in hospital and OR settings, expand the breast implant and tissue expander market share, and manage territory logistics, VAC approvals, and distributor relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical devices sales.
• Knowledge of plastic surgery is preferred.
• Credentialed to work in an OR setting and assist surgeries.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Able to travel extensively and work in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient with MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales quota for cosmetic implants and reconstructive expanders.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all dealings.
• Build relationships with hospitals, surgeons, and contracting entities.
• Plan and execute territory sales strategy to grow market share.
• Manage territory logistics, inventory, approvals, and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership on strategy and events.
• Travel as required to cover the territory and regional/national shows.
• Educate surgeons and staff on techniques, considerations, and product differentiation.
