Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of required experience.
• Field-based role with ~25% travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time procedural assistance for Surgical COTs within the territory.
• Act as primary on-site contact for customer inquiries during procedures.
• Perform equipment and software upgrades as needed and conduct fleet audits.
• Lead in-service training sessions for physicians and staff on product applications.
