Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking a remote Clinical Market Development Specialist to cover a defined territory in the United States. You will work with sales partners to drive product adoption and develop clinical advocacy across ICU, OR, and NICU settings.

This hybrid role requires travel 50–75% with occasional overnight stays to support pre- and post-sale activities. Required qualifications include a health-related bachelor's degree with clinical experience; advanced degrees are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field with clinical experience.
• Advanced degree candidates considered with relevant clinical background.
• Travel up to 50–75% within the assigned region and nationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical demonstrations and evaluations for ACM OR solutions.
• Develop territory strategy using Salesforce.com and analytics.
• Collaborate with internal partners to educate and update stakeholders.
• Support post-sales activities, implementation, and education plans.
• Identify Key Opinion Leaders and reference accounts for partnerships.
