• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans across a surgical portfolio.
• Strong relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders in OR environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive surgeon demand across the Surgical COT portfolio (Stapling, Energy, Suture, Electrosurgery, Situate, A&I).
• Develop and execute account-level contractual strategies and regional growth plans.
• Lead quarterly Customer Business Reviews and collaborate with MDT account teams to expand market share.
