Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Surgical Onsite Specialist to provide case and customer support, lead on-site training, and assist with product trials and conversions across aligned Surgical Centers of Therapy. Remote role requiring up to 50% travel to accounts within the territory.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year in a field-based role, with strong communication and Microsoft Office skills. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50% when needed are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in field-based role; travel ~25%.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• B2B sales experience preferred; clinical OR experience in OR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site procedural support and customer assistance in aligned territory.
• Lead training sessions for physicians and staff; support education programs.
• Assist SAM with product trials, implementation and conversions; provide on-site support.
