Job summary

Medtronic plc seeks a remote Surgical Onsite Specialist to provide on-site procedural and customer support across aligned Surgical Centers of Therapy. You will assist with equipment upgrades, training, and product adoption while collaborating with the Surgical Account Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor7s degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Field-based role requiring approximately 25% travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site procedural support for Surgical COTs in an assigned territory.
• Deliver technical troubleshooting and product usage guidance to physicians and surgical teams.
• Lead training sessions for physicians, residents, and staff on surgical product applications.
• Assist SAM and specialists with product trials, implementations, and conversions.
• Maintain accurate tracking and availability of surgical products.
• Support regional conversions and adoption strategies.
