Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a field-based Surgical Onsite Specialist in Raleigh, NC. The role provides on-site procedural and customer support, equipment upgrades, and staff training across Surgical Centers of Therapy.

Frequent travel within the territory is required, and residency within 50 miles is expected. Responsibilities include real-time support during procedures, technical troubleshooting, and collaboration with the Surgical Account Manager to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time procedural and on-site support for Surgical COTs.
• Lead in-service training sessions for physicians, residents, and staff.
• Perform equipment upgrades, maintenance, and fleet audits as required.
• Support SAM with product trials, conversions and adoption strategies.
• Generate and track leads to fuel growth and expansion.
