Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Surgical Account Manager for the Santa Barbara region to drive surgeon demand across the Surgical COT portfolio, including Stapling, Energy, Wound Closure, Electrosurgery, Situate, and A&I. This remote role requires travel to multiple accounts within the territory and a valid driver’s license.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans and account reviews.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and distribution partners.
• Conduct quarterly Customer Business Reviews and identify growth opportunities.
