Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Remote Surgical Account Manager for Northwest Indiana, covering Munster, Gary, Valparaiso, and La Porte regions. The role requires traveling to multiple accounts within the territory, with a valid driver’s license essential.

You will lead sales plans across Stapling, Energy, Suture, Electrosurgery, Situate, and A&I, partnering with MDT teams to expand contracts and market share. The ideal candidate has significant sales experience in medical devices and can communicate

Qualifications

• Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Must live or be able to relocate within 50 miles of the territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive surgeon demand across the full Surgical COT portfolio; develop and execute strategic sales plans.
• Identify practice trends and cultivate key customer relationships to drive market growth.
• Work with clinical and administrative stakeholders to expand opportunities and conduct business reviews.
• Coordinate with MDT account teams and lead account-level contractual strategies.
• Drive adoption and utilization of Surgical COT products and strengthen relationships with distributors.
