Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales or related experience in medical devices or life sciences.
• Residence within 50 miles of Denver, CO.
• Bachelor’s/Associate/High School educational paths as required by the role.
• Must be able to travel across the territory and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Drive surgeon demand across the full Surgical COT portfolio.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans and account-level contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders.
• Lead quarterly Customer Business Reviews and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with MDT teams and KOLs to support market expansion.
