Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking a Surgical Account Manager for Portland, OR. This remote role requires residency within the territory and travel to multiple accounts.

You will manage the Surgical Center of Technology portfolio across Stapling, Energy, and Access & Instrumentation, building key relationships with surgeons and administrators. The role emphasizes strategic planning, contract optimization, and quarterly business reviews to drive market growth and adoption.

Qualifications

• Required sales experience in medical devices or healthcare fields.
• Ability to relocate within 50 miles of the territory and travel to multiple accounts.
• Experience using CRM software and MS Office for business reviews and planning.

Responsibilities

• Drive surgeon demand across Surgical COT portfolio including Stapling, Energy, Wound Closure and more.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans; identify practice trends and cultivate relationships.
• Lead account-level contractual strategies and optimize contracts.
• Own quarterly Customer Business Reviews to evaluate performance and growth.
• Engage with KOLs and field partners to expand market share.
