Medtronic plc is seeking a Surgical Account Manager for Portland, OR. The role focuses on driving surgeon demand across the full Surgical COT portfolio, including Stapling, Energy, Suture, Electrosurgery, Situate, and Access & Instrumentation.

You will build strategic plans, identify practice trends, and cultivate relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders. The position is remote but requires residing within the territory and occasional travel to accounts.

Competenze

• 6+ years of sales experience in medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Experience in clinical environments and communicating complex product information to diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with CRM software (SF.com) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Mansioni

• Drive surgeon demand across the Surgical COT portfolio and develop strategic sales plans.
• Cultivate relationships with key economic and clinical stakeholders to expand business opportunities.
• Lead quarterly Customer Business Reviews and coordinate with MDT account teams and regional leaders.
• Partner with field distribution and KOLs to drive adoption of Surgical Center of Technology products.
