The role requires building strong relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders, executing quarterly business reviews, and leading contractual strategies to expand offerings in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 6+ years of relevant sales/clinical experience or 4+ years with an associate’s degree or 2+ years with a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in medical devices or life sciences is preferred.
• Must reside within 50 miles of the territory or be willing to relocate.

Aufgaben

• Drive surgeon demand across the Surgical COT portfolio (Stapling, Energy, Suture, Electrosurgery, Situate, A&I).
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans; identify trends; grow key customer relationships.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative stakeholders to expand opportunities and drive regional growth.
• Lead account-level contractual strategies and optimize contracts across One Surgical.
• Build relationships with District Managers, SADs, SOS, and portfolio teams.
