Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Surgical Account Manager for Northwest Indiana. This remote role requires travel to multiple accounts within the region, including Munster, Gary, Valparaiso, and La Porte. Drive adoption of the Surgical COT portfolio and lead strategic sales initiatives with clinical and administrative stakeholders.

You will develop business reviews, cultivate key relationships, and coordinate with MDT teams to expand market presence. A valid driver’s license is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales experience in medical devices or life sciences.
• Must live within 50 miles of the territory or relocate.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive surgeon demand across the full Surgical COT portfolio.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans and manage key relationships.
• Identify practice trends and expand business opportunities with clinical and administrative stakeholders.
• Lead quarterly Customer Business Reviews to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with MDT account teams to maximize contracts and market share.
