Job summary

Medtronic, a global leader in healthcare technology, is seeking a field-based Surgical Account Manager to cover Milwaukee, WI, with frequent travel to customer sites. You will drive adoption of the Surgical COT portfolio and develop strategic sales plans while building relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders.

The role requires strong quota attainment, CRM proficiency, and the ability to manage contracts and conduct quarterly business reviews.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Bachelor’s or higher with minimum 2+ years relevant experience in sales.
• Strong track record in meeting or exceeding quotas in B2B sales.

Responsibilities

• Drive surgeon demand across the full Surgical COT portfolio (Stapling, Energy, Suture, Electrosurgery, Situate, A&I).
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans and identify practice trends.
• Cultivate relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders to drive growth.
• Lead account-level contractual strategies and optimize contracts across One Surgical."
• Own quarterly Customer Business Reviews to evaluate performance and identify opportunities.
• Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support portfolio adoption.
