Job summary

Supabase is seeking Support Engineers to deliver world-class developer support for users of the Supabase platform. This fully remote, globally distributed team focuses on minimizing time to resolution and collaborates with product, engineering, and growth teams.

You will handle a range of topics—from billing to optimization—triaging and guiding users, and contributing to tooling and test coverage. Strong SQL skills, Linux experience, and excellent English are essential.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience providing developer support to technical customers.
Proficient in SQL (PostgreSQL) and comfortable with complex queries.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
Skilled with Linux/Unix command line.
Experience with GitHub Issues and Discussions.
Bonus: familiarity with React, Vue, Svelte and Node.js.
CS degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide initial and timely responses to all support cases across topics.
Triage cases and direct users to docs, examples, or escalate to experts.
Monitor feedback channels including GitHub Issues & Discussions.
Identify opportunities to build internal tooling for efficiency.
Reproduce issues, create test cases and improve test coverage if you have testing experience.
