Job summary

Supabase is seeking Support Engineers to provide world‑class developer support for users building with our Postgres-based platform. The role is fully remote with a US-focused 4x10 hour weekend shift covering 16:00–02:00 UTC, and requires 3+ years of developer support experience.

You’ll triage, reproduce issues, and collaborate with product and growth teams to deliver fast, helpful guidance. A CS degree is a plus, with strong SQL and Linux skills valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience providing developer support to technical customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial and timely responses to support cases across topics from billing to optimization.
• Triage cases: direct users to answers, code examples, docs, or escalate to specialists.
• Monitor feedback channels such as GitHub Issues & Discussions.
• Identify and propose internal tooling to improve support efficiency.
• Reproduce issues, create test cases, and improve test coverage.
