Arrow Electronics seeks a Supplier Manager - Security II in a fully remote role with travel to Arrow offices as needed. You will steer strategic supplier management, drive market growth, and advance partner ecosystem development to fuel bookings and profitability.

In this role you will lead business planning, QBRs, and executive engagement, advocating for supplier priorities while aligning Arrow resources to accelerate growth. A 6+ year track record and strong leadership are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in supplier management, business development, or related fields.
• Proven ability to build executive-level relationships.
• Experience leading growth strategies and go-to-market initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen with revenue and profitability focus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive and field-level relationships with key supplier stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary contact for supplier escalations, planning, and strategic initiatives.
• Lead annual business planning, quarterly reviews, and executive engagements.
• Advocate for supplier priorities and Arrow interests with supplier leadership.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive bookings, billings, and profitability.
• Identify market opportunities and partner growth areas to expand supplier adoption.
• Partner with sales teams to support opportunities, positioning, and pipeline.
• Design and manage supplier-funded programs, incentives, and demand generation.
• Track program effectiveness and optimize performance; report results to stakeholders.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve scalability and execution.
