Arrow Electronics is seeking a Supplier Manager - Security II to lead strategic supplier partnerships, drive growth, and influence cross-functional teams. This role focuses on executive engagement, go-to-market planning, and program design to maximize bookings and profitability.

Fully remote with occasional travel to Arrow offices as needed, you will develop and execute supplier strategies, mentor teammates, and align resources to accelerate security-related growth.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in supplier management, business development or channel sales.
• Ability to build executive-level business relationships.
• Proven track record with growth strategies and measurable results.

• Develop and maintain executive and field-level relationships with key supplier stakeholders.
• Lead annual business planning and quarterly business reviews with executives.
• Advocate for supplier priorities within Arrow and with supplier leadership.
• Design and manage supplier-funded programs, incentives, and demand generation initiatives.
• Partner with sales and operations to drive go-to-market initiatives and pipeline growth.
• Drive partner recruitment, activation, and engagement programs.
