Job summary
Lumicera Health Services, powered by Navitus, is seeking a Supervisor, Specialty Pharmacy Support Services to lead a team of Intake or Reimbursement specialists. This remote-friendly role reports to the Associate Manager, Pharmacy Services and focuses on daily operations, workflow management, and staff development.
You will hire, train, and evaluate staff, ensure adherence to quality standards, and drive process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; CPhT certification preferred when overseeing Intake Specialists.
- 2–5 years’ experience in a pharmacy setting.
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word & Excel; knowledge of current pharmacy regulations.
- Ability to adhere to compliance program objectives.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and monitor staff workflow; develop skills and provide feedback.
- Oversee quality, service, and production standards.
- Monitor turnaround times to meet client guarantees.
- Assist in cost monitoring to meet goals.
- Address staff concerns and operational issues.
- Train staff and support process improvements.
- Represent pharmacy operations in cross-functional projects.
- Participate in quality improvement meetings.
