Lumicera is seeking a Supervisor, Specialty Pharmacy Support Services to lead a team of Reimbursement or Intake Specialists, overseeing daily operations, performance, and workflow. The role involves hiring, training, and ensuring adherence to policies while driving improvements to service levels.

The position emphasizes staff development, quality assurance, and meeting turn-around times, with a focus on high-value customer service and operational efficiency within a remote-capable environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• CPhT certification required when overseeing Intake Specialists.
• 2-5 years’ experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and monitor staff and day-to-day workflow, develop staff skills, evaluate performance and provide feedback.
• Develop and monitor compliance to quality, service, and production standards.
• Monitor turnaround times to meet internal standards and client guarantees.
• Assist in monitoring costs to ensure budget goals are met.
• Participate in hiring, training, and staff evaluation; address staff concerns and escalations.
• Provide production support as needed and drive process improvements for customer service excellence.
