Lumicera is seeking a Supervisor, Specialty Pharmacy Support Services to lead a team of Reimbursement or Intake Specialists. You will oversee daily operations, monitor productivity, participate in hiring and training, and drive process improvements to maintain service standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and a CPhT for Intake oversight, with 2–5 years of pharmacy experience. Strong MS Office skills and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Certified Pharmacy Tech certificate (CPhT) required when overseeing Intake Specialists.
• 2-5 years’ experience, previous experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.
• Strong knowledge of current pharmacy regulations.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsabilités

• Schedule and monitor staff and day-to-day workflow; develop employees’ skills, evaluate performance, and provide feedback.
• Develop, track, and monitor employees’ compliance to quality, service, and production standards.
• Monitor task turnaround time to meet internal standards and client guarantees.
• Assist in monitoring costs to ensure compliance with cost goals.
• Address staff concerns and day-to-day operational, system, customer service, quality, and professional issues.
• Work in production as needed.
• Implement programs and process improvements to enhance internal and external customer service.
• Serve as escalation point for issues requiring higher expertise; represent operations in cross-functional meetings and projects.
• Participate in quality improvement and quality meetings as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
