Job summary

Guild Mortgage Company, a long‑standing mortgage banking firm, seeks a Supervisor of Business Analysis for Mortgage Servicing. The role leads a team of Analysts, owns end‑to‑end requirements, and drives complex servicing initiatives across platforms and data flows.

The position requires seven+ years in mortgage servicing, three+ years leadership, and strong stakeholder management in Agile/Hybrid environments. It is a remote, full‑time exempt role with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, finance, management, or related field.
• Minimum seven years' mortgage servicing experience.
• Minimum three years supervisory or leadership experience.
• Extensive knowledge of end-to-end mortgage servicing lifecycle.
• Experience with servicing platforms, workflows, data, and integrations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Mortgage Servicing SME and end-to-end owner of requirements.
• Lead complex Mortgage Servicing projects from discovery through post‑production.
• Supervise and develop Business Analysis staff.
• Prioritize work, monitor performance and delivery.
• Partner with sponsors and stakeholders to define objectives and scope.
• Elicit requirements via interviews, workshops, and analysis.
• Translate needs into BRDs and testable artifacts.
• Decompose needs into detailed requirements for dev and QA.
• Collaborate across Mortgage Servicing, IT, Product, QA, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Finance, and vendors.
• Establish testing strategies and support UAT and validation.
• Lead reviews to ensure accuracy and traceability.
• Improve requirements processes and templates.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
