Job summary

This remote position allows Florida residents to apply; occasional travel to team meetings may be required. The base pay ranges from $55,890 to $73,355.63 per year, with benefits and annual bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer service environment.
• 1+ year of direct people management experience.
• 1+ year of experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• 1+ years of experience working with teams in multiple locations and multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Hire and manage a team with direct responsibility for performance management, growth and HR tasks.
• Manage team outcomes, dashboards, and KPIs; conduct root-cause analysis and action plans.
• Understand daily work to make volume-based decisions that best serve customers.
• Lead team huddles; connect colleagues to Oscar's mission and values; motivate daily objectives.
• Drive engagement and an inclusive culture aligned with Oscar's core values.
• Lead continuous improvement activities to develop a high performing production team.
• Identify and close gaps in existing workflows.
• Collaborate across teams to implement best practices.
