Job summary

Oscar Health, Inc. is hiring a Supervisor, Member and Provider Services. This remote role is open to candidates in Georgia. You will lead a team, coach members of staff, monitor dashboards, and drive KPIs to meet business objectives.

You will report to the Operations Manager, Member and Provider Services, and help create an inclusive, high-performing culture while aligning with Oscar's mission and values. Travel may be required for meetings and events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a customer service environment.
• 1+ year of direct people management experience.
• 1+ years of experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• 1+ years of experience working with teams in multiple locations and multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Hire and manage a team with direct responsibility for performance management, growth and HR tasks.
• Monitor dashboards, track operational KPIs, and perform root-cause analysis with action plans.
• Understand daily work and make volume-based decisions to serve customers.
• Lead team huddles, communicate Oscar’s mission, vision and values, and motivate daily objectives.
• Drive engagement by creating an inclusive culture aligned with Oscar's values.
• Lead continuous improvement activities to develop a high performing production team.
• Identify and close gaps in existing workflows.
• Collaborate across teams to implement best practices.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
