Job summary

Oscar is hiring a Supervisor, Member and Provider Services to lead a production team and drive KPIs, coaching staff, and optimizing workflows. You will report to the Operations Manager and ensure high performance and compliance across the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a customer service environment.
• 1+ year of direct people management experience.
• 1+ years of experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• 1+ years of experience working with teams in multiple locations and multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Hire and manage a team of Oscar colleagues with direct responsibility for performance management, their growth and development, and HR tasks.
• Manage your team's outcomes, monitor dashboards, and track operational KPIs, conducting root-cause analysis and action plans.
• Understand and connect to the type of work your team does daily, making volume-based decisions to serve customers.
• Lead team huddles and communicate Oscar's mission, vision, and values to motivate daily objectives.
• Be a culture carrier by fostering an inclusive culture aligned with Oscar's values.
• Lead continuous improvement activities to develop a high-performing production team.
• Identify and close gaps in existing operational workflows.
• Collaborate across production and other Oscar teams to implement best practices.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
